Description
Villa Noa is a secluded retreat in the hills above Melides, set within 16 hectares of private land amid pine forest. From its hilltop position, the house looks out over rolling, pine-covered hills to the Atlantic on the horizon, a view that is especially striking at sunset. Built in the region's traditional style, the villa has whitewashed walls, tiled roofs and stone details, and wide terraces shaded by sails and wooden pergolas.
The heart of the outdoor space is an infinity pool that looks straight out over the forest. Around it are a wooden sun deck, a lawn and a shaded pergola lounge. Terraces around the house give guests plenty of places to gather. There is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and pizza oven, several dining tables for long lunches outdoors, and a fire pit for evenings under the stars.
Inside, the house feels bright and understated. It has white beamed ceilings, arched doorways, oak floors, woven textiles and natural materials throughout. The spacious living room opens onto the terrace, and a snug with a fireplace offers a quieter corner. The large kitchen with a central island leads into a dining room with one long table where the whole group can eat together.
Villa Noa accommodates up to 16 guests in eight en-suite bedrooms. Six are in the main house, several with private terraces or balconies, and the master suite has a freestanding bathtub. Two more are in a separate wooden cabin set among the pines. The whole house has air conditioning, and the bedrooms have mosquito nets.
The property also has its own wellness facilities: a wood-fired sauna with an ice bath, an open-air yoga deck, a yurt and a fully equipped gym, as well as walking trails, an orchard and a sensory garden to explore. Housekeeping is included from Monday to Saturday, and private chefs, yoga classes and massages can be arranged on request.

Additional notes
A refundable damage deposit is required for this property. The amount is specified in the booking conditions for each property and will be requested separately after booking confirmation, payable by bank transfer directly to Comporta Vacation Homes. The deposit will be refunded within 72 hours after check-out, provided no damages occur.
