The house combines traditional Alentejo architecture with refined, characterful interiors. Whitewashed walls, terracotta roofs and timber ceilings are paired with curated furniture, bold artwork and warm natural materials. At its centre is a generous open-plan living area with a cathedral ceiling, fireplace, two seating areas and a dining table for ten. The fully equipped kitchen includes a central island and separate galley area. Housekeeping is included, together with breakfast and lunch preparation.
Five ensuite bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests, all with air conditioning, underfloor heating and access to outdoor areas. The master suite features a private sitting room, writing desk, spacious wardrobes and a rooftop terrace overlooking the pines. Mosquito netting is installed throughout.
Outside, the estate is designed for relaxed outdoor living, with a heated swimming pool, wide timber deck, sunbeds and a fully equipped poolhouse with covered lounge, bar and ice machine. There is also an outdoor dining area for ten, a fire pit, pétanque court and a private cinema room.
Villa Kaba also offers private beach access, with the beach reachable in around 5 minutes by quad or approximately 20 minutes on foot. Two quads and a Can-Am Traxter for four are available at the property and form part of the experience of enjoying the estate and its coastal setting.

Additional notes
A refundable damage deposit is required for this property. The amount is specified in the booking conditions for each property and will be requested separately after booking confirmation, payable by bank transfer directly to Comporta Vacation Homes. The deposit will be refunded within 72 hours after check-out, provided no damages occur.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
