Villa Noma is a peaceful retreat in Carvalhal, set within 4,800 m² of private grounds surrounded by the natural landscape of Comporta. Designed in keeping with the character of the region, the house is formed by a collection of low whitewashed buildings with tiled roofs, shaded wooden pergolas and terraces that open onto sandy gardens planted with olive trees, pines and Mediterranean vegetation.
At the centre of the property is a generous 13-metre saltwater swimming pool, surrounded by a wide wooden deck and several places to relax in the sun or shade. The garden and terraces naturally connect the different areas of the house, creating an easy rhythm between indoor and outdoor living and plenty of space for long lunches, quiet afternoons by the pool and evenings outside.
Inside, the atmosphere is warm and understated. White timber-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, natural materials and carefully chosen furniture give the house a relaxed, lived-in feel. The spacious living room opens directly towards the garden, while the fully equipped kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining areas are designed for gathering comfortably as a group.
Villa Noma accommodates up to 12 guests in six en-suite bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, while the remaining four can be arranged either as a king-size bed or two single beds, offering flexibility for families and groups of friends. All bedrooms have air conditioning, underfloor heating and mosquito nets.
Daily housekeeping from Wednesday to Monday is included, adding an extra level of comfort throughout the stay. The swimming pool can also be heated on request at an additional cost.
